Company Policies

Discount Codes

On occasion, The Gamer's Armory will issue discount codes or coupon codes to be used when placing an online order. The codes will be generated for general discounts or for "merchandise certificates". The codes may be issued in connection with a drawing, a marketing campaign, or even to support local gaming events. All codes will be for a specific dollar amount and they will only be valid from the issue date through the date of expiration. The discount codes can only be applied as payment for merchandise and they are not valid towards any shipping charges. The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges. The discount codes may or may not have an established minimum order amount. If there is a minimum order amount, the codes will not be valid for orders that are less than the minimum order amount. The Gamer's Armory reserves the right to refuse discount codes for any reason.

Missing Components

If you receive an item that is missing components or has damaged components, please contact us immediately. We will work with customers and the respective publishers to replace or correct the necessary components.

Pre-Orders

The Gamer's Armory does accept pre-orders on items that have not been shipped from the publishers. These items will be noted as a "Pre-Order Item" on the product description page. The pre-order items may also appear in the "Coming Soon" section on our main page as they get closer to being released. All time frames related to the release of a pre-order item are estimates based on information that has been provided by the publisher. There are no firm dates for publication or shipping of pre-order items. Most companies count retail pre-orders as part of their normal pre-order totals.

We will not bill pre-orders until they are actually ready to ship. If you place a pre-order with PayPal, we will refund the payment and ask you to pay once the item is ready to ship. On occasion, we will offer discounts on some pre-order items. Once the item is removed from pre-order status, the item will revert back to the normal price.

Our normal policy is to not delay orders that have regular items already in stock. The pre-order item will be shipped separately, which may result in higher shipping charges due to multiple shipments. Depending on when we expect to receive a pre-order item, we may hold the entire order until all items are available. This will be determined on a case by case basis.

Privacy Policy

The personal information that is stored on our web site is used exclusively for business transactions between The Gamer's Armory and its customers. Your information will not be sold or provided to third parties, other than when required by law, without your permission.

Refunds

We will provide refunds on items purchased from The Gamer's Armory as long as the item is in the original unopened condition. All returns must be requested within 3 days after receipt of the item. Once a refund request has been accepted, refunds will be issued once the item has been received by The Gamer's Armory. Refunds will be issued using the same method as the original payment. The Gamer's Armory will not refund any shipping charges. The Gamer's Armory reserves the right to refuse a refund request if we feel that our policy is being abused.

Prices

Prices on our website are valid for purchases made directly from our website and shipped to a customer. Online pricing is not vaid in our physical store. We do not offer a pickup option for online orders.
